Development Hockey
MYHA’s developmental program is designed for children who are just beginning to play hockey and have completed our Learn to Skate program. Players learn the fundamentals of hockey in a fun, creative environment at their own pace, while also having the opportunity to travel to nearby towns to play games against other teams.

Ages
Ages 5-10
When
The MYHA Development Program runs from October through March.
Games are held on Saturdays or Sundays from November through February.
Practices
Development practice is held on Saturday mornings from 9:40 AM to 10:40 AM.
All practices will be held at Methuen High School.
Games
Games are held on Saturdays or Sundays from November through February.
Games will be held at rinks across the Merrimack Valley.

- Neck Guard
- Gloves
- Knee Pads
- Elbow Pads
- Shoulder pads
- Hockey Pants
- Shin Guards
- Hockey stick
Jerseys
Jerseys and socks will be provided to all registered skaters at the start of the season.
